For more than four decades, James & Sons has helped their customers find perfect gifts and jewelry. Devoted to making jewelry shopping an easy and fun experience, they wanted a campaign that made the shopper feel more at ease and empowered with what most see as a very daunting and confusing purchase. We developed the campaign theme “Be Brilliant” which talked to the quality of the merchandise, the expert staff and how together they would help the customer pick the perfect gift.
